Meet the Founder
I’m Navleen Shahi, a RN, BSN, CCRN with a Nursing experience providing compassionate care in both hospital and community settings across British Columbia. Throughout my nursing career, I have had the privilege of caring for seniors and individuals with a wide range of medical needs, which has strengthened my commitment to delivering safe, respectful, and person-centered care.
I founded Island Care Home Health because I believe everyone deserves to receive quality care while remaining comfortable and independent in their own home. My goal is to provide families with peace of mind by offering reliable, compassionate, and professional support tailored to each client’s unique needs. Whether you or your loved one require companionship, personal care, post-hospital support, medication reminders, or assistance with daily activities, I am dedicated to treating every client with the same kindness, dignity, and respect that I would want for my own family.
